Atlantic Investment Associates, LLC utilizes comprehensive research and quantitative analysis to evaluate investment transactions, specializing in real estate and small business acquisitions. We have assembled a diverse, highly skilled group of business experts to evaluate and execute investments in private, under publicized, illiquid opportunities.

Our goal is to find transactions where we expect the combination of macroeconomic trends and local microeconomic realities to provide limited downside risk in our real estate and private business purchases. With that downside risk of capital loss contained to our satisfaction, we then look for private equity deals where we are in a position to have more patience for positive market swings to materialize than the current owner and/or we have an ability to create additional value in an investment, where the current owner may not posses the requisite expertise to convert such an opportunity.
